| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: FHIT (fragile histidine triad) cleaves adenosine 5' PPP 5' A to yield AMP and ADP. Alterations and deletions of the FHIT gene are strongly linked to the genesis and establishment of human tumors of the lung, cervix, breast, colon, stomach and pancreas. In normal cells, FHIT may act as a tumor suppressor. FHIT physically associates with ubiquitin conjugating enzyme 9. Subunit: Homodimer. Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm. Tissue Specificity: Low levels expressed in all tissues tested. Phospho-FHIT observed in liver and kidney, but not in brain and lung. Phospho-FHIT undetected in all tested human tumor cell lines. Similarity: Contains 1 HIT domain.
